Payment Options

ONLINE PAYMENTS
 
To pay online using your credit card or your PayPal account, payments will be made using the PayPal system. PayPal is utilized to help protect the security of your financial information - it allows you to pay for your purchase, without us ever seeing your financial details. You do not pay any fees when making payments using the PayPal system. You are only charged for the cost of your order.

Please note: you DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay via credit card, using the PayPal system (just answer "no" I do not have a PayPal account and you will be directed through to make your purchase).

Payment options for Australian customers:
 
  • Credit card - pay online via PayPal, accepts all major credit cards (e.g., Visa and MasterCard). You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account.
  • PayPal account - pay online via PayPal. Depending on what accounts you have set-up, your payment options may include credit/debit card and or bank account.
  • Bank transfer via internet banking.

Placing an Order
 
HOW TO SHOP AND ORDER ONLINE
 
1. To the left of your screen there are 4 Shoe Clip categories (Bows Bows Bows; Cocktail Hour, Princess Pieces for The Bride and Limited Edition) and the Hair Jewels category. Choose the category you are interested in and click on it.
 
2. A range of products/styles within that category will be displayed. Once you have seen a style you like, click directly on the image or the items title. This will bring up a screen dedicated to that item - including product details and a range of images. To see any of the “additional images” enlarged, simply click on them.
 
3. To purchase the item click "Add to cart". You can then keep shopping or go directly to the checkout by clicking the “Basket” icon in the top right-hand corner.
 
4. Once you click “Basket” your Shopping Cart will be displayed. It will show a list of the items you have selected to buy. To purchase more than one of the item just change the number that appears in the "Quantity" column of your Shopping Cart. Then click "Update" to view the new total.
 
5. Once you are ready to pay click “Checkout”. Note: postage and handling charges will be displayed at Step 7 (ie once you have completed your shipping address). See Postage and Handling for further details regarding the cost.
 
6. You will be prompted to create an account if you are “a new customer” or to log in using your email address and password if you are a “returning customer”. To create an account you are requested to provide your contact details and create a password. You will also need to confirm that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy.
 
7. Once this has occurred (you will see a notification on the screen and will also receive an email) press “continue” and then “checkout” to complete the order. You will then be prompted to confirm your shipping address (you are able to change the address listed if your shipping address is different from the one you provided when creating your account - simply click “change address”). The postage and handling charge associated with your order will be displayed. If all is correct click “continue”.
 
8. You will then be prompted to confirm your invoice address (you are able to change the address listed if your invoice address is different from your shipping address - simply click “change address”). You then need to select the payment method of your choice and confirm that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions. Then click “continue”.
 
9. You will then have the opportunity to confirm or change the details prior to processing your payment. Click “confirm order” when all is correct. Depending on which payment option you choose you will then be transferred to PayPal (if paying by Credit Card or PayPal account) or to an information screen (if paying via Bank Transfer). Note: All orders will be processed in Australian dollars.
 
10. To pay by credit card - I do not have a PayPal account
- If you choose credit card or PayPal as your payment option you will be transferred to the PayPal site for payment processing.
- On the left-hand side of your screen, under "Why use PayPal", simply see "don't have a PayPal account" and click "continue". See the left-hand side of the next view to proceed with your credit card payment.
-You will be requested to "enter your billing information" and must complete each section (if you leave out required information you will be prompted for the missing information until each section is complete). Once this is done click "review order and continue".
-You will then view a screen confirming your details. If these are correct click "pay now". A "Congratulations- your payment was sent" message will appear, along with a receipt ID number and merchant contact information. At this stage you can also "view printable receipt".
-An email will subsequently be sent to the email address you provided, confirming your order and payment. Once your payment has been verified we will be informed and your order will be processed. We will advise you by email once your order has been shipped.
-Note: The credit card transaction will appear on your statement as "PAYPAL *EMMERSENPTY". 
 
OR
 
To pay using your PayPal account
- If you choose credit card or PayPal as your payment option you will be transferred to the PayPal site for payment processing.
-To pay using your PayPal account, fill in your email address and PayPal password in the "Log in to PayPal" box on the right-hand side of your screen. Then click "log in". A screen saying "review your payment" will appear.
-Check the details displayed. If all the details are correct click "Pay now" to proceed with the payment. A "Congratulations- your payment was sent" message will appear, along with a receipt ID number and merchant contact information. At this stage you can also "view printable receipt".
-An email will subsequently be sent to the email address you provided, confirming your order and payment. Once your payment has been verified we will be informed and your order will be processed. We will advise you by email once your order has been shipped.
 
OR
 
To pay using Bank Transfer (Australian customers only)
If you choose to pay by bank transfer you will receive our financial details while completing your online order and again in the confirmation e-mail. The payment will need to be made within seven days following the order date. Please be sure to transfer the total order amount and to include in the comments of the transfer your name or order number.
 
Orders made using the Bank Transfer option will not be despatched until payment has been confirmed. Once your payment has been verified we will be informed and your order will be processed. We will advise you by email once your order has been shipped.
